I am sure you will agree with me that the highlight of VACETS this year is the joint conference with our Chinese counterparts in LA this May. I wish to appeal to your dedication to present a positive image of VACETS at the conference and we can do so most effectively with our paper presentations.
 
Anh Nha`n and Anh Tri', please post the abstract of the papers you have received up to now and continue to post "call for paper" messages to different forums so that we can have a robust controbution of papers/tutorials.
 
Depending on our status of abstract/papers, we will need to personally request the participation of past authors.
