Hello,
 
VACETS is beginning the new term this week and I would like to take this opportunity to share with you what I plan to do during my term. I will concentrate on three objectives: 
 
1. Have a successful technical conference, jointly with CESASC, in May 2004.
 
2. Redesign the VACETS web site and consolidate the discussion forums.
 
3. Re-energize local chapters with membership drive, laying the ground for expansion of local chapters in later years.
 
I'll come back with more details for each objective. I'll be asking for your advice, help, and participation to make belonging to VACETS a worthwhile activity. 
 
As you see Chi. Sa's message, this year we have the fund avaialble for some activities. I'll be soliciting your recommendations for ways to spend some monay.
