Dear all,

Despite the tremendous effort of the VTIC2003 Organizing Committee in soliciting for abstracts, the number of submission fell short of what we plan for. Therefore, we decided to extend the VTIC2003 abstract deadline one more time to June 1st, 2003.

I am sincerely asking for your repsonses. Your participation will definitely make a difference to this year's conference. Please submit your abstracts to Dr. Tri Tran at tran4 at llnl.gov. Thank you, again, for your time and effort.

Best regards,

Nhan Do
