Any luck in finding a local chair person for your sponsorship committee? =
It's important to find someone local soon so you can start the process =
of making contacts and building momentum for your conference. In light =
of the continuing difficult economic environment, sponsorship money will =
be tight for most firms. Therefore, you need to make it up with a large =
number of sponsors instead of the size of amount donated by each firm. =
Also, we need to think about making monies from events like this so we =
have a budget to further expand VACETS activities.
