Dear anh Trinh Quang Long,
Thank you very much for posting this report from the Central Institute of 
Economic Management (CIEM).  It present a fairly realistic and clear eyed 
assessment of the state of the economy, acknowleging all the challenges 
and adjusting goals.  It recognized the increased complexity in the new 
phase of reform and develpment.  There is none of the unsupported optimism 
or prediction that Vietnam will emerged better than other economies 
despite its great development potential.
