[Vnbiz] The Architect of Doi Moi is Dead

As bro Quan Phung correctly mentioned that VIPs are treated with national
ceremonies. For more details please refer to Articles 3 and 7 of Decree No
61/2001  ( Nghị định về quy chế tổ chức lễ tang đối với cán bộ, công chức,
viên chức nhà nước).

I am just suprised about the speed of governmetal agencies in charge of this
procedure. When a charter flight for seriously-ill Mr Kiet has been
booked, they should have been prepared for the worst. Also, I'm in doubt
that drafting official press other releases and preparation other
formalities may take that much time and efforts!!!

Also, press should be well aware and properly informed about all formalities
in order to avoid publish-and-remove "game". Actually, I feel that this
"game" created a mountain of rumors about his death which now attract people
more than the mourning for a impressive modern leader.  What a pitty!

P.S to anh Hoanh:  What period of time do you mean when saying that Mr. Kiet
is one the best leadres in *modern time*? I guess he's great, for sure, but
he's more right time-right person, from my point of view! Doi
Moi initiated about 20 years ago so we can see and evaluate its results.
however, other more "modern leaders" can enjoy the same title too, for
example Mr Khai thanks to whom Vietnam became WTO member. In 20 years, or
even less, 10 years, I'm sure we'll see huge changes that today silently are
happenning! Just few childish thoughts of mine :-)  Anyway, condolences for
Mr Kiet's family.
