[Vnbiz] Gasoline price increases 30%

Dear Chuck,
This sounds so funny but true. I used to try to ride bicycle in Saigon but
people always receive me with a very strange look as if they couldn't
believe in their eyes. Some people who dont know me would look down on me
and show no respect as if "who the hell are you riding bicycle and want me
to show respect?".When my bicycle broke down, I tried so hard to persuade
the motorbike-fixing man on the sidewalks to help me to fix it.
I'll re-start riding bicycle again when I come back to HCMC. Hopefully the
attitude toward the friendly clean bicycle will be improved.
