[Vnbiz] Gasoline price increases 30%

A friend just stopped by my office to return an item he had borrowed, and he was sweating a bit -- because he rode his bicycle, and said he would be using the bicycle as much as possible from now on.  He'll use his motorbike only when the distance is too far or time is limited or he's got to take his wife and baby along.  I suspect that a lot of people will be adjusting likewise.
