[Vnbiz] IPO of the first and biggest State Owned Securities Company

1. Below is some information about the IPO. Besides, AgriBank Securities
Company Ltd. is also the first State own Securities Company to be equitized.
The fact that the company are ready to launch the IPO shows the willingness
of AgriBank and the company itself to operate according to the market
principles. Moreover, although the Ministry of Finance has considered much
before giving permission to launch IPO at this time of the depressing 
market, it also shows the commitment of the Government in Equitization
process.
