Dear brother Phong,

Obviously you don't want to check out the articles and don't want to believe
in such a huge problem exists.  That's fine.  Let's not argue.  People in
this forum know Vietnam more than anyone else.  And feel free keep your
believe that such a problem is exaggeration and fictional.  And if there is
any gory info on the newspaper, someone just makes it up.   Fine with me.
Unbelievable!

And yes, the passenger was killed in Binh Thuan and there was a trial and
jail sentences, and people from prime minister to everage citizens have
addressed the issue, and  still there is no government's determination to
wipe the problem out.  I have just propose a  legal course for the
government to do, use false imprisonment and conspiracy to falsely imprison,
instead of assault and battery.

This is my last message on this.  No more arguing for me.
