[Vnbiz] ADMIN -- What if we have blackout for too long?

Dear CACC,

For the last several days our system was down due to the fires in
California.  For several days I was worrying how long the blackout would
continue and how I was going to let every VNBIZer know about the problem.

To deal with long blackout, here is my temporary solution, to keep in mind:

Whenever we have blackout (meaning, our system at vietlinks.net is down) for
too long, say, a week or longer, I will send a message to our two other
archive systems--Yahoo! and Google-- to inform everyone.

Keep in mind that we are 3 systems working for us:  1.  Vietlinks.net  (main
system, managed by anh Tin Le).  (2) Archive at Yahoo  (3) Archive at
Google.

If  Vietlinks.net is down, VNBIZ is down.  But I can still send messages to
Yahoo! and Google archives.  So if you don't see anything in the forum for a
week, please check the Yahoo! and Google archives.  The links for these are
listed at the end of each vnbiz message  (Look at the bottom of this
message, and you will see them).

If I can figure out how to have to a backup mailing list to use in
emergency, I will let everyone know.
