[Vnbiz] Fruit seller _ Yes or No

Dear CACC, 
 
What do u think about the government's ban on fruit seller in Vietnam? Do our decision makers think about its impact on fruit sellers' lives? 
 
Maybe Im too conservative, but the fact is - will you have such "buying" experience in other countries like here in Vietnam _ thats the very unique trading culture. Why the tourist authorities dont see that advantages?
