We're the first high-tech company in our industry to set up our presence 
in Hanoi (2006) with initial 2 key functional functions:  IT Development 
(ITD) and Software Engineering (SWE).  As our SWE group has grown to a 
significant size (30+), we are seeking for a strong and dynamic leader 
to grow this group into a global engineering organization
 
Our SWE organization in Hanoi has 2 major sub-groups:
 
è        Software Development involves in all aspects of formal software 
development cycles from requirement definition to test phases for 
Novellus' products:
.        Manages product release version's integration phase
.        Provides solution to issues of existing products
.        Involves in new enhancements for CIP programs and new products

è        Software Quality Assurance (SQA) involves in Project 
Development, Release Planning, Test Plans, Alpha Test and Beta Test

_Software Engineering Manager_
 
Education and/or Experience

    * B.S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Information
      Technology (IT).
    * Minimum of six (6) years experience in software development and
      four (4) years experience in software project management

 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    * Experience to build team, a strong motivation to create a
      collaborative team-working environment.  Extremely strong people
      and organizational skills
    * Extensive experience in project planning, project tracking,
      requirement management, risk management and communications management
    * Extensive experiences in requirement capturing and analysis
    * Strong leadership, negotiation and management skills, good
      analytical thinking/logic, and an ability to learn quickly
    * Must be proactive, highly accountable, and customer service oriented.
    * Strong communication/presentation skills.  *_Fluency in English
      and Vietnamese is a must _*
    * Knowledge of Semiconductor Industry and Finance is a plus
    * Experience in multicultural international working environment is a
      plus
