[Vnbiz] Current Laws/Regulations Governing: Labor Contracts and Appointment of Directors to the BoD of an LLC

Hi CACC,
   My company needs me to draw up some labor contracts and appoint 
directors to the BoD. Can any of the lawyers in the VNBiz family give me 
the appropriate Law/Decree/Regulation numbers, or point to where I can 
find them please? I would like free versions if possible, and prefer 
English versions, but Vietnamese versions would also be okay.

   If anybody has free examples or blank templates that I can look at, 
that would be a "massive" help.
