I think you can consider www.Vietnamlaws.com <http://www.vietnamlaws.com/>,
which operated by AAR, a reputable Australian law firm. This is quite a good
and upadted site. They also provide updated law and regulation. However, if
i am not wrong they would charge you some fee for having your account to
access to the website.
