[Vnbiz] a few McCain achievements for Vietnam

I'll second Jackie's concerns about McCain's health. But i'll also reiterate
a concern about McCain i forgot to mention last night: McCain's ties to the
GOP and support from the Bushes. I still don't think McCain will be allowed
to implement change for the better, for the US and consequently the world,
including Vietnam, because he'll be too dependent on serving the special
interests of those in the US Admin now.

As to predictions, i don't yet dare. I can only HOPE Jackie's prediction
about Obama comes true even just a first term.
