[Vnbiz] a few McCain achievements for Vietnam

Well put, Huong, and choosing "a person who can unite the Congress to have
his good policy promises done and pose less danger to the world" is another
reason i'd intuitively and rationally choose Obama over McCain. That said, i
too still have a lot to learn about both.
