[Vnbiz] a few McCain achievements for Vietnam

>From what you've listed, even without providing any of the reports you say
you could, neither of the whole two points you listed makes it look like
McCain has done all that much for VietNam.

And, frankly, why would anyone expect any US politician to have been
focusing much of their energy on helping VietNam?  (Not to suggest they
shouldn't have done so, a long time ago...)
