That's a great first step.
Does sister Thanh Mai have a faculty advisor/professor who can also help 
facilitate?
The next is to get a group of local law students together to form a club 
and then to identify a project.
One project idea is to get in touch with the leaders of nhom sang tao tre 
to identify one or two inventions that need IPR protection and work with 
them through the bureacracy to obtain a patent,  keeping a log throughout 
the process that will serve as a how-to guide that could be disseminate at 
the end to members of both clubs to show how easy, or difficult it is to 
get IPR registration.
If this is too difficult yet, the IPR club's first project may be simply 
to help the school organize lectures and seminars on the topic and invite 
guest speakers.
The formation and leadership of the club will have to be done locally at 
the Law school.  Once it's in place I can help put you in touch with 
potentially interested parties at the Embassy/Consulate, AmCham, Law firms 
and other institutions.

Dear Anh Phong and bro and sis,
After I forward the idea about the Intellectual property to my peers in my 
university of Law, I have received an interest from a young student from 
Commerce Law Department, sister Thanh Mai. She said she want to involve in 
this special job to do sth for the Intellectual property. But the only 
trouble is that she needs a facilitator who can help her with vision, 
tools, relationship to bring her ideas into practice.
Bro Phong and all, this student might do something great for our country 
intellectual property. I think it will be so wise to give her a hand to 
run the job.

mắc, vấn đề cho các nhóm sv trẻ sáng tạo ở VN.

Hiện nay, việc này mới chỉ là 1 ý tưởng. Và nó cần 1 leader có tầm 
nhìn và khát vọng để biến nó thành hệin thực. Nguồn lực mà mình có 
là rất lớn (từ anh Phong, các văn phòng luật sư quốc tế). Tin đây 
là 1 cơ hộii lớn cho sinh viên mình được thử thách. 
Riêng em thì intellectual property không phải là interest của em và em 
cũng không giỏi với nó, nên em mong chia sẻ mối quan hệ cho ai có 
hứng thú và có thể take this charge! 
Chị Mai nghĩ sao với vị trí 1 leader này?
