Also thanks, Tu, for the invitation to buy your homes.  But the only way I
can buy a home is by taking out a mortgage (tra gop).  I don't know how you
guys can pay for a house in one shot in Vietnam, but everyone in the US has
to tra gop for a house.  It means if you want to sell a house to me or any
Vietkieu, you have to figure out a way for us to tra gop.

How would that work, especially for Vietkieu if you are planning to target
Vietkieu as a potential market?
