Hi anh Hao,
I would suggest booking a hotel in Crystal City, VA. There are many hotels ranging from Hyatt, Hilton, Sheratonto etc... depending on your budget.  Due the moving of Navy headquarters from Crystal City to Navy Yard, hotel price is getting better deal .Crystal city has great underground shopping mall . It is also within walking distance to Pentagon city mall which also has a great high class shopping stores. Crystal City is only 2 or 3 stops to L'enfant Plaza in DC  near Smithsonian plaza to see all free museums. It took less than 10 minutes of metro to come DC. Other than that, it is only one stop from the DC Reagan National airport.
