Anh Hao,
Try the Holiday Inn Capital on C street. It's next to FEMA office and behind
the US Education Dept. It's about 2 blocks from Smithsonian Museaums and
short walk to the Capital. You also can access to it by Metro (2 blocks
walk) - L'Enfant Plaza.
You can get a 4 stars Hotel L'Enfant Plaza Hotel - not too far from the
Holiday Inn.
Or you can stay in the suburb and take metro in. It will cost you about 5
bucks per person per day but the Hotel is cheaper - Try The Embassy in
Alexandria, .. Also along the Metro line either Red or Orange (west
direction) or Blue (south direction) there are many hotels for tourist.
