Dear chi Bich Lien & CACC,

This is avery good presentation.  Thanks for posting it, chi Lien.

I recommend that everyone takes 15 minutes to go over it.  Stiglitz proposal
makes a lot of sense but may not come to reality any time soon, because many
governments and companies will oppose it, the strongest opposition will come
from the US.  However, he did outline all the the major issues.  Very good
reading.
