[Vnbiz] Women's Day: Ending Impunity for Violence Against Women

Dear Chi Thuy,

I agreed with you that many women are suferring from
silence. We have many Dept. and agencies, mass org.
are activite working towards women's rights, at least
we have Women's Union and all Gender focal points
exist in all the Ministries, services. ADB or donnors
should think of building capacity for these existing
services.

Other issue in this, many women rely their life on
men, they don't see the benefit of their life and
their children's future to find against crime in
gender inequality, and old perceptions of inequality
between man and woman is still strong in the society I
think.
