Dear Thu Huong & CACC,

Wonderful, Thu Huong. Now you've got anh Shane and me all excited. You are
truly a mover and shaker, Thu Huong. I really admire your spirit. I'm on
the top of your list of admirers, sister.

Well, let's think about the next election. You have several years to
prepare for that, which would make it even better. First, please go back to
that Election Office and ask for the copies of all the relavant laws and
procedures so that you can plan your strategy NOW.

Then, go back to do the English Club. A huge success on the English
Club will pave a sooth road for the next NA election.

The most important thing that you have said, Thu Huong, is that the young
generation may realize that they can help run the country too. And as you
have said perfectly, Thu Huong, "Why Not?"

Have a great day.

Hoanh
