If your friend is interested in doing an applied research in economics ,
banking and finance or related areas at the Banking Academy of Vietnam,
(s)he may be able to come doing research over here. There is no guarantee in
term of fellowship money or stipen, however (s)he can receive the support
and having access to resources at this school.

If your friend is interested in becoming a visiting student/researcher,
