VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Part-time Content Experts in Hotel Management

The IFC-MPDF Business Edge program is seeking content experts to develop 
a hotel management training program, targeting owners and managers of 
medium sized hotels in developing regions such as South East Asia, 
the Pacific and South Africa.

The assignment is based in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam and may require 
some travel within the three countries covered by IFC-MPDF. 
Working time is flexible and compensation is competitive.
The content expert will work with a team of instructional designers 
and content consultants to develop training materials in one of the 
following subprogram areas:
·       Marketing management
·       Operation management
·       Financial management
·       Human resource management
·       Personal productivity skills 
·       Sustainable tourism

REQUIREMENT:
The content experts should preferably have:
-       At least 5 year experience in the position of general manager 
        or functional manager of 4-5 star hotels;
-       Background education on at least one of the specific subprogram 
areas;
-       Fluency of spoken English;
-       Good writing skill (English an advantage);
-       Experience in conducting short courses of tourism topics.
