Hi,
First of all, thanks for approving me to join this group ;-).
Please correct my family name Phan, not Pham ;-)).
It's much to say about leadership theory. I'm just able to recommend you 2
sites in Vietnamese:
http://lanhdao.net/leadership/ (Vietnamnet)
and http://chungta.com/Desktop.aspx/KinhDoanh-QTDN/Doanh-Nghiep/ (Hanoi
Software)
At a glance, I see the topics here are quite general, like you are working
for the government and finding the development strategy for Vietnam ;-).
Forgive me if I'm wrong :D.
Who interest in Vietnam stock market and want to expose a service to it ;-)?
I'm looking for a loan of 3 billion VND for setting up a service with the
joint of a securities company.
Regards,
Son Phan

Dear CACC,
Please join to welcome brother Phan Mai Son into our VNBIZ family.
Brother Son robinsonsvn at gmail.com a software engineer at Communication &
Information Service www.cis.com.vn <http://www.cis.com.vn/> , established in
2006. He has 4 years of experience (as an engineer) and is developing his
own company. (Is that CIS or another company, brother Son?).
Brother Son said he really care about leadership and management skills. So,
you are in the right forum, brother Son. We care a lot about leadership
here. It would be correct to say that VNBIZ is a school of leadership.
That is my intention. So we would be happy to share our knowledge and
experience with you. And as any good leader would, you should share your
heart and mind with us too.
BTW, probably many would agree with me that our Vietnamese culture is very
much anti-leadership. The entire culture, from family to school, to church
and temple, focuses on producing yes-men and yes-women. So when you are old
enough to rise to leadership level, you have no idea on how to be a good
leader other than enforcing the oppressive cultural norm that "I am the
leader, it give the order, you say yes. Don't ask question. Don't argue.
Don't talk back." Very anti-creativity, very damaging to the nation.
Fortunately, culture is a tree that ever grows new branches and sheds away
dead stuff. And, in this information era, we all have the opportunity to
learn the most advance ideas and knowledge of the world every day. So, the
informatic generation of our country, the young generation, the
internationalized generation, will break out of the obsolete traditional
modes and bring into our culture new and fresh ideas and practices. That is
how our country will rise to the top of the world someday.
We talk often about leadership in this forum. I believe that our leadership
learning here will help you in your task of raising up a new company,
brother Son. Please feel free to ask question and chip in your thought. We
are your brothers/sisters in this family.
Great day, brother Son & all.
Hoanh
