Dear sis. Thu Huong,

Anh Shane is right that you have a very good chance of winning if you run to
repressent the Muong area in Hoa Binh. And it is good to work for ethnic
minorities too. I heart is really with them.

Thu Huong, you are mature and you think deep enough to take over that kind
of job. All you need to do is to listen to the people and do your best to
"serve" them. Tell them "I am your faithful servant. I will serve you with
all my heart, all my soul, and all my mind." And act that way if you win
the job. Then you will contribute hugely to the country.

If you are thinking seriously about this issue, then think about running for
the national asembly (or some other position). Even if you lose in the
election, you will gain the incredible experience that few people in the
world has, which will help you much later. If you win, you will do a superb
job, because just by being clean and honest, you will do very well with your
great mind. Trust me.

In sum, along with anh Shane, I would encourage you to run for a government
office now.

Have a great day!

Hoanh
