[Vnbiz] VNBIZ is up and running again

Dear CACC,

How do you feel about the blackout?  Gosh, we do have blackout once in
awhile.  This time a construction crew chopped off the cable to our server.
It took them several to reconnect it.

(Whenever you don't receive VNBIZ mail, check the archive.  If the archive
also has nothing, that means we are on some kind of blackkout.  Just sit and
wait :-)

If you has posted some messages during the blackout, please kindly repost
them.
