[Vnbiz] Official/Approved names of countries and languages in Vietnamese

Dear CACC,
   Does anybody know where I can find the list(s) of the Vietnamese
government's official / approved Vietnamese names of the countries and
languages of the world? I know the Ministry of Foreign Affairs must have
one, but I cannot find anything online. I need it for a private
English-Vietnamese glossary I'm working on.
 
   Can anybody help?
