Position responsibilities:
1) Office administrations and supply
2) Office rental, renovation and maintenance
3) Office licence/ expatriate visa application/ renewal
4) Local HR coodination
5) Secretarial support to the team-members

Preferred background

1) High school diploma or college degree 
2) Relevant secretarial/administration working experience preferably
with international companies 
3) Proficient skills in Microsoft Office application
4) Good spoken and written English and Vietnamese
5) Independent with strong interpersonal and communication skills
