Dear anh Hoanh,

As far as I know, in Vietnam there are many night classes at different
universities for non-traditional students (old, poor, adult who have day
work...). These classes are scattered and inconsistent, which mean they
depend of the lecturers and can be shut down unexpectedly. Thus, the idea of
an university catering to old students is highly relevant in Vietnam,
especially since there are many who failed the traditional "hard" university
entrance exam and decided to work first then coming back to school.

Best,

Dieu Nguyen

P.S: Congratulation to your sister, you and your family! The picture looks
really nice but it would be easier to see if you can resize it to a smaller
scale.
