[Vnbiz] Building the American-Vietnamese friendship and understanding

Dear CACC:
I would help, have a background in fund raising, non-profit management, and
reporting.
Could teach those skills to others, guide others if desired.
One simple idea is something that advertised opportunities for within the
network. Fulbrights, exchanges, etc...
