[Vnbiz] Doing politics in the Vietnamese spirit

Dear sis Dieu,

As a matter of public policy, the government should try the best it can in
improving Vietkieu policies.  But we need to be realistic, there are some
people you never can convince.  So try.  But be wise enough to know your
limit and the policy's limit.  That's all.
