hi a Tammy,
  as my friend advices, there is a project called CIM sponsored by GTZ Vietnam which helps and consults Vietnamese students who graduated from Uni or Hochschule in Germany and want to come back to Vietnam to work. 
   
  For German or international students, pershaps DAAD or DED in Vietnam can do a favour. Google the address and look for contact persons, hopefully that may help somehow.
