Dear Brother Thien,

Thanks for trusting and asking. I am glad you add a practical question.
The "how."

And I already gave you the answer, but it appears that you have missed my
answer:

The best way to practice leadership is to build an entity from ground zero
-- a company, an NGO, an association, a charity project, a group with a
common interest. Give it birth, give it nourishment, make sure that it
grow into a big tree if not a giant.

How many times have you done that?

When you are comfortable that "my baby now is a real strong adult" you will
see that what I mentioned about core elements makes sense.

How do you practice to be father? Answer: Have a baby.

Brother Thien, please keep in mind that the ONLY way to really understand
any kind of art, be it music, painting, martial art, or leadership art, is
by doing it. A bit of theory doesn't hurt, but theory doens't help much
either.

Good luck, brother.

Have a great day!

Hoanh
