Do we have anyone on the forum involved with this?
I'd be interested to learn more about this inovative project if anyone out
there has any additional information.

Thanks,
Tram

Vietnam gets first mobile Internet library

The Ho Chi Minh City Scientific Library inaugurated Thursday Vietnam's first
mobile Internet library
aboard a van to serve rural and suburban areas.
It will also have a multimedia room with a computer network, CD-ROMs, 1,500
scientific
documentaries, special documentaries for the blind, and others.

Set up with an US$85,000 grant from Korea's LG Electronics Corp., the
library is meant to serve
people, especially youth, free of charge.

For the first 10 days it will be stationed at the LG Digital Center on Le
Lai Street.
