[Vnbiz] Taking care of our students

Dear Sis. Thu Huong & All,

Anh Phong has some great suggestions there. So you can see that for this
English Club (or any other club) the sky is the limit. The potential for
any project is really unlimited. And any project started out by only three
persons may still have tremendous impact on the nation if they keep doing it
and don't quit. "Winners don't quit. Quitters don't win."

But let me go back to a couple of points I forgot.

1. The gap between Thu Huong and other students. Between me and a poor
farmer probably one can cite hundreds of things to make a huge gap betwen
us. But the truth is, for my entire life, I have never felt any gap betwen
me and any farmer. When I go the countryside, I love to hang out with
farmers like my friends and I really feel that they are my friends in my
heart. And I have never feel that any farmer treats me with any gap between
us. So, gap or not is in our heart. If there is no gap in our heart, no
gap will exist in outward appearance. So don't worry about this.

2. Anh Phong mentions the word "brand name." This is a very important
conept to keep in mind. Brand name is important every where, not just in
business. So choose the name of your club carefully and build the
reputation for that name.

3. I talked about advisors, but forgot to mention that you can choose your
"board of advisers" now. Invite some folks into that board. These folks
have a moral obligation to help you successful (if they agree to be on the
board). And they give you experience, credential and contacts. Just in
vnbiz alone, you will have more than enough advisors. You can have as many
advisors as you want (a board of advisors of around 12 or less is good).
But keep in mind that advisors are advisors.. You (and your core admins)
are the decision makers. And keep in mind that you are the leader.

Great day, sis. Thu Huong and all..

Hoanh
