Dear Tran Dinh Hoanh,

I am happy to be part of VNBIZ family, thanks for including me to the
group.

The main purpose of me joining the group is to share my knoweldge and skills
with others in the group. Please feel free to ask me any questions relating
to development issues.

Regarding the evaluation of the projects I think it is a usefull process
help the project managers and the implementers to know where the project is
leading to. Is the project fullfilled all the goals and objectives it has to
meet. What are the sucess the project has able to achieve, what are the
failures and what are the areas the project need to be strengthened.

Evalauion of a project can be done both internal and external. The
methodology of the evaluation is important - that is it should be
participatory in nature so that a consultant helps the stackholders to find
for themselvess where the project is and how it can be improved so that it
serves better the people it is intended to serve.

I am specialised in participatory evealuation process.

I stop here, if any body wants to know more about project evaluation please
do ask me more questions that way i amy clarify better.

Once again thank you all for making me member in your group,

Regards

Rajakumar
