He works  for NGOs in India as a independent consultant.  He does
project evaluation and monitoring and training programs for the
project managers. He also work on HIV/AIDS, gender and other
development issues.

Great, welcome in, anh Rajakumar.  Since you read us online, you
probably know that we are talking about project evaluation.  It would
be great if you could share some experience with is on this issue.  We
love to hear from you.  I certainly wold appreciate that a lot.
