governance and anti-corruption paper. Hard copy of all these documents are
being
mailed to you and should reach for desk on Monday morning.

I have a favour to ask - please help pass the invitation and related
documents
to your networks or anyone who could be interested in this. For your
reference,
I attach below the list of NGOs and academia that we're sending invitations
to.
We might miss some organizations/experts.

The documents have been posted on the WB main website for written comments,
and
next week I'll post them on the WB Vietnam website as well.
