Dear chi Dieu Anh & CACC,
It is real fascinating to read your summary of the project. Of
course, I've known about it a bit from talking to you over the years.
But reading about it again, I still feel fascinated. It is really a
very challenging and difficult project, considering the comprehensive
approach it has taken. It is more than relocation of dwelling place.
It is a rebuilding of lives. And many lives at once. It is
incredible. No wonder you said had your staff known about the
difficulties before starting, no one would have taken the job.
I really want to know some of the valuable management experience
you've gained. If you just could take time and post some of them in a
series, that would be great for everyone.
I am glad to see that the project will be duplicated nationwide. I
would try to tell the new cities to try to win some folks from your
staff to help run their projects. This kind of experience is very
hard to find.
To begin with, if I am a mayor of a city who is thinking about a
similar project for my city and I ask for your advice, what would be
the three most important things you would want me to pay attention to?
Thanks a million, chi Anh.
Have a great day!
Hoanh
