[Vnbiz] CD/DVD Tan Hoa Lo Gom project

Dear CACC,

As we all know, chi Dieu Anh is the project manager of Tan Hoa Lo Gom
project, a meg urbanization project in Saigon--relocating thousands of
families along Nhieu Loc canal.  This project has been mentioned many
times in the media--Nguoi Lao Dong, Tuoi Tre, Sai Gon Tiep Thi, Saigon
Times Weekly, etc.  Chi Anh has been on TV on this project and
environmental issues.  Among the development community, this is one of
the best managed projects around.  Thousands of families have been
relocated without the need for temporary housing--they were moved
directly from the old to the new housing.  Not a whole lot of
complaints.  The beneficiaries play a major role in the working
process.  It has played a major role in providing many poor families
with a better setting for their lives.

The project has a CD/DVD about it.  It  would provide some good
information to those of us who are concerned about development issues.

In addition, I think you (chi Anh) may want to talk a bit about some
key management elements that have made this project a success.  And
some of your management experiences to share, that would be great, chi
Anh.

Actually, those of you who have been managing excellent projects (chi
Dieu Anh, anh Ha Van Thuy, chi Thanh An, ect..) should spend time
writing about your experience and share with the world.  Those
experiences are so valuable, please don't keep them in your close :-)
