[Vnbiz] Running for National Parliament (formerly: Tet and unbelievable ...)

Hi my bro and sis,
I've just come back from my journey to my home town & some other
Northern provinces.
Before this journey, I've heard lots of things about the poor
government running in our country sides. It's attributed to the weak
leaders (which is usually some old & rich & "quen biet" (have good
relationship with the higher leader) man).
So, this time, I took time to learn more about this fact. I met some
young people in a small town in Hoa Binh (they are the Muong, a
minority in Vietnam). I asked them about this fact. And they response
me that it's all true. Then I asked them why they keep voting to the
ineffective man to run their town. They told me that because they have
no choice. Then I asked them if they vote me if I join to the
competition. They answered "yes".
Why do they have no choice? Is it because no one take this charge, no
other man then "the old man" stand for election?
I know I'm still too young to know about the truth in our country
government. So I just think it's like a simple issue. Anyway, I think
that I have ignored & kept quite for so long. By keeping quite, the
one is hurt the most is me. In my era, I need a more effective,
democratic environment. I should say sth for moving this issue.
Thus, Bro Hoanh and my dear bro and sis, I take this suggestion
seriously. Hope I can do sth, and hope we can share.
