Dear sis Ha Vo,

If you are running Windows, you can use Unikey to type Vietnamese:

http://www.unikey.org/bdownload.php
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/unikey/Uk363Setup.exe

It is completely free (free as in freedom). Just download, install and run
it ;-) YOu can use Telex, VIQR, VNI, ... styles and many types of encoding.
Telex input and Unicode (UTF-8) is the default settings. Just leave them and
enjoy typing Vietnamese ;-)

If you are running Mac or Linux, just let me know, I can show to do type
Vietnamese.
