[Vnbiz] Stigma and Discrimination.

Dear anh Hoanh and CACC,

Many thanks anh Hoanh for your message. I think stigma and discrimination in
Vietnam now are one of the most concerns.

It is very easy to find out with the article about activist chi Pham Thi Hue
through email from anh Hoanh.  In my view, I/we should land it a hand to
eliminate stigma and discrimination as soon as possible.

Do you think it is human to stigmatise and discriminate other people,
especially those who living with fatal HIV virus?
