Dear colleagues,

I sent you this message in December and we received responses from several
people who were interested in providing papers.

However, the crucial issue is to find a reputable academic panel of of
editors to organise the process of selection and carry out the publication.
IJES is looking for some university or institute willing to do this.

I will not participate in this. IJES needs someone to take the full lead.

I anyone is interested, please contact Dr Michael Brett-Crowther <
aumonier1 at wanadoo.fr>
as soon as possible. It is intended that the edition go to print in early
2008.
