Please join to welcome chi Bui Bich Lien into our VNBZ family.

Chi Bich Lien lien.bb at gmail.com is the Deputy Field Director of the Judicial
Development and Grassroots Engagement Project (JUDGE), #902A, Prime Centre, 53
Quang Trung, Hanoi, Tel: 944 6340 Fax: 944 6342.

JUDGE is CIDA (Canada International Development Assistance) – it is to
support judicial reform in Vietnam.  Chi Lien has been working with
different aspects of legal system in VN for the last 14 years.  That
includes 10 years full-time teaching at Hanoi Law University, 6 years
practicing law with Baker&McKenzie and VILAF, and recently legal development
work (the Asia Foundation).  And now JUDGE.
Welcome in, sister.  Now I have one more companion.   Almost everything we
talk in tis forum involved some law.  I hope you will be able to work with
us.  I love to here the word "legal reform."  Let's talk about it, sister.
