Dear sis. Thuy Tram & CACC,

The point is when the normal practice is to mention the women's body, it is
a discriminatory practices against the women. It means "If you are a women,
your brain is not enough. You have to add your body to the job." That
makes the women less than a man, because if you are a man, they only care
about your brain and don't care about your body. This cultural practices
prolong the mentality that women are less than men. It therefore breeds all
other bad practices like wife beating, keeping women away from leadership
and important positions, etc.

(Of course, employers don't say out loud Ngoai Hinh Can Doi is for women
only. But we all know that it is for women only in practice).

So, you see the gist of the issue, sister? The issue is that when you
require the women's body, you make the women less than the men. So the
solution is stay away from things that mention "body" (including
proportionate body, or shapely figure, or nice figure).

Instead focus on thing that obviously apply to both men and women and to
general appearance (both attitude and outward look), not just the body, like
"Presentable" (lich su).

(Note: In some job, like modeling, your body is a big part of the job. So
talking about the body is Ok. But no body in his right mind would place an
ad for a model and talk about the body in it, because it is stupid.
Everyone knows that model has to have a good body).

Have a great day!

Hoanh
